career with notable talents and credentials. He has taught at the grade school, junior college, and university levels. Certified
by the Texas Real Estate Commission in real estate education as an instructor and certified by the Appraisal Foundation as
a Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice (USPAP) Instructor. As
an IDECC Certified Distance Education Instructor (CDEI) he is certified to provide USPAP courses online. Master Residential Appraiser (MRA), Texas
real estate broker with Graduate Realtor Institute (GRI), e-PRO, and Certified Real Estate Instructor (CREI) designations;
and an Practicing Affiliate, Appraisal Institute. Developed a wide range
of skills from the associated businesses to real estate brokerage, e.g., mortgage companies, banking, title companies, developers,
leasing agencies, construction/builders, property management, taxing authorities,
appraisal services, attorneys, mediation (a Mediator and Texas Property Tax Arbitrator (2006), Property Tax Consultant (1992-1996),
