Group's Executive Director is Gloria E. English and she really "cracks the whip," keeping us focused toward achieving
a "Job well done." Gloria is the Registrar and Chief Administrator for Arm's Length Education, where she applies 30+
years of educational experience to ensure our students receive the very best when it comes to andragogy. As Executive
Director, her main objective is total quality management (TQM). As she puts it, "You're not finished until the paperwork

Software technology in our business is a must and Raquel E. English provides the computer-eze that
makes us knowledgeable about state-of-the-art offerings for online education. Likewise, that computer-eze extends
to our student data bases, paperless archives, bookkeeping, and eCommunications.
Raquel has a BA in Business and MBA in Finance.

Engineering is required. This is where Langston G. English comes in. His knowledge of PCs, Internet connectivity,
e.g., cable, DSL, and dialup, and their associated modems enable us to interface with various clients; a heterogeneous mix
of interfaces. It doesn't stop there. Other hardware includes printers, scanners, hard drives, CD/DVD media, monitors,
and so on. His involvement permeates all of the Arm's Length Companies.
Langston has a BS in Electrical Engineering.
George English (www.WeTCB.com proprietor) has a multifaceted background with an exceptional well-rounded
career with notable talents and credentials. He has taught at the grade school, junior college, and university levels. Certified
by the Texas Real Estate Commission in real estate education as an instructor and certified by the Appraisal Foundation as
a Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice (USPAP) Instructor. As
an IDECC Certified Distance Education Instructor (CDEI) he is certified to provide USPAP courses online.
Real Estate Appraiser (CREA), Master Residential Appraiser (MRA), Certified Valuation Consultant (CVC), Texas real estate
broker with Graduate Realtor Institute (GRI), Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR), Senior Real Estate Specialist (SRES),
Accredited Luxury Home Specialist (ALHS), e-PRO, and Certified Real Estate Instructor (CREI) designations; and an Associate
Member, Appraisal Institute. Developed a wide range of skills from the associated
businesses to real estate brokerage, e.g., mortgage companies, banking, title companies, developers, leasing agencies, property
management, construction/builders, taxing authorities, appraisal services,
attorneys, mediation (a Mediator and Texas Property Tax Arbitrator (2006), Property Tax Consultant (1992-1996), etc. Current licenses include Real Estate Broker, and Certified Residential Appraiser.
