About Us
Our Notary Company is one of the Group (Hence the name Arm's Length
Group). Ancillary companies are Arm's Length Realty, Arm's Length Appraisals, and Arm's Length Education. Arm's
Length Notary is our newest company, but the staff is experienced as all get-out. We also know real estate in and out,
which is a plus for mortgage and title companies.
Lloyd
George English (www.WeTCB.com proprietor) has a multifaceted background with an exceptional well-rounded
career with notable talents and credentials. He has taught at the grade school, junior college, and university levels. Certified
by the Texas Real Estate Commission in real estate education as an instructor and certified by the Appraisal Foundation as
a Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice (USPAP) Instructor. As
an IDECC Certified Distance Education Instructor (CDEI) he is certified to provide USPAP courses online.
Texas
real estate broker with Graduate Realtor Institute (GRI), e-PRO, and Certified Real Estate Instructor (CREI) designations;
and an Associate Member, Appraisal Institute. Developed a wide range of skills from the associated businesses to real estate
brokerage, e.g., mortgage companies, banking, title companies, developers, leasing agencies, property management, construction/builders, taxing authorities, appraisal services, attorneys, mediation (a Mediator and Texas
Property Tax Arbitrator (2006)), Property Tax Consultant (1992-1996), etc. Current
licenses include Real Estate Broker, and Certified Residential Appraiser.
Lloyd has
a BA in Mathematics and MBA in Management/Finance.
